Traksify Tracking App – Beta Testing Disclaimer
Thank you for participating in the beta testing of Traksify Tracking App (the “App”). Your feedback is invaluable in helping us improve the App before its official release. Please read this disclaimer carefully before using the App, as it outlines important information regarding the beta version.
1. Beta Testing Nature
Traksify is currently in active development, and this beta version is unfinished, experimental, and may contain bugs, errors, or incomplete features. By using the App, you acknowledge that it is a work in progress and may not function as expected.
2. No Warranty or Guarantee
The App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without any warranties, express or implied. The developers make no guarantees regarding:
- Performance, reliability, or stability of the App.
- Accuracy or completeness of tracking data.
- Compatibility with all devices or operating systems.
- Availability (the App may experience downtime or disruptions).
3. Data & Privacy
- Data Loss: The App may crash, freeze, or lose data unexpectedly. We recommend not relying solely on Traksify for critical tracking.
- Privacy & Security: Since this is a beta version, data encryption and security measures may not be fully implemented. Avoid storing sensitive or personal information in the App.
- Data Collection: We may collect usage data, crash reports, and feedback to improve the App. By participating, you consent to this data collection.
4. Limited Liability
The developers shall not be liable for any:
- Loss of data due to App malfunctions.
- Inaccuracies in tracking or location services.
- Damages (direct or indirect) arising from App usage.
- Device issues (battery drain, overheating, etc.) caused by the App.
5. Feedback & Reporting Issues
As a beta tester, your role includes:
- Reporting bugs, crashes, or unexpected behavior via the provided feedback channels.
- Suggesting improvements or missing features.
- Understanding that not all feedback may be implemented immediately.
6. Changes & Termination
- The App may receive frequent updates that could reset settings or cause instability.
- The beta program may be terminated at any time without notice.
- Access to the beta version does not guarantee access to the final release.
7. Confidentiality
If this beta is under an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement), you agree:
- Not to share screenshots, videos, or details publicly.
- Not to reverse-engineer or distribute the App.
8. Acceptance of Terms
By installing and using the Traksify Beta, you agree to this disclaimer. If you do not agree, please uninstall the App immediately.
