While we’re putting the final touches on the highly anticipated TRAKSIFY PACK tracker, we haven’t paused our commitment to refining the platform you already use. Over the past few weeks, we’ve rolled out a series of updates across the board — from user-facing features to core infrastructure — and we wanted to take a moment to share what’s changed.
📧 Smarter, More Visual Notification Emails
We’ve given our email notifications a fresh new look. Depending on the type of event — whether it’s a movement alert, low battery warning, or geofence trigger — the email header now uses a distinct color to help you quickly assess urgency and context at a glance. The visual layout has also been refined for better readability on both desktop and mobile.
🗺️ Geofence & Safe Zone Enhancements
We heard your feedback and fixed an issue that could occasionally cause errors while editing geofences. In addition, we’ve made it easier to identify which geofences are designated as Safe Zones.
Now, whenever you assign a geofence as a Safe Zone via the device listing in your app, it will be clearly marked in dark green — so you always know which areas are secure at a glance. Just tap the Safe Zone icon next to any device to make the assignment.
🔒 Stronger Security & Session Handling
Your data privacy is non-negotiable. We’ve thoroughly reviewed and improved our login and session management systems, ensuring that your sessions remain secure without compromising convenience. These enhancements are part of our ongoing commitment to keeping your tracking data protected at all times.
⚙️ Infrastructure Upgrades for Speed and Reliability
We’ve significantly overhauled our backend server infrastructure. The result? Faster connection handling, improved security protocols, and even greater uptime reliability. Whether you’re tracking one device or a fleet, you’ll benefit from a smoother, more responsive experience.
