Children’s Privacy: Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, please contact us immediately.

Data Breach Notifications: In the event of a data breach that poses a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify affected individuals and relevant supervisory authorities within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach (as required by the GDPR) or as required by applicable local law.

Users can opt out of tracking notifications at any time via App Settings > Notification Control. This section allows you to manage WhatsApp, email, and app notifications triggered by the TRAKSIFY platform. Notifications are sent only as per your configured preferences and for no other purpose.
